We also offer free standard postal international shipping on all orders over $300 if you are located in NZ, USA, Canada and the UK.

Transit times are calculated from the date of dispatch. During standard business operations - we aim to have all orders dispatched within 24 hours. However please note that during sales or campaign launches this timeframe may be extended.
You can combine shipping on multiple orders provided we have seen the request prior to dispatch. Please email our Customer Care team orders@ninelivesbazaar.com as soon as possible before it is processed through our warehouse.
Please note, during peak sale periods such as collection launches and promotional sales, we are unable to combine shipping once your order has been placed.

Please note - during peak sale periods such as collection launches and promotional sales, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Once orders are placed, they’re immediately transferred to our warehouse for processing and dispatch.

No, we do not offer pre-order on items when they have sold out. You can register your email address to be notified when a product comes back in stock from a return via the product page, or you can check our Buy Swap Sell pages on Facebook for items up for resale.

Afterpay is an interest free payment plan option, similar to lay-by that can be used for Australian customers. Afterpay’s instalment plan means you can pay off your purchase in four equal instalments due every fortnight. To use Afterpay for your order, simply select the Afterpay option at checkout. Your order will be shipped to you as per our standard despatch timing.
