Measure under your arms at the fullest part of your bust.Keep the tape level.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose. This is the narrowest part of the body between the ribs and the hips
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the full part of your hips
Length
Measure from the highest point of your shoulder

This jacket lives on my office chair half the time, its the perfect throw on for all seasons especially when in the office aircon! I usually style mine with jeans and boots and a t-shirt. Im a size 12 and bought a size 12, it works over a thin sweater or long sleeve in the cooler months too.

I AM ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED WITH THIS JACKET. The velvet is so beautiful, the embroidered details are delicate and well done, and the cut is really lovely. Best investment piece I think I've bought from NLB (I usually just stick to their dresses) and I'm so glad I got this!
