Bust
Measure under your arms at the fullest part of your bust.Keep the tape level.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose. This is the narrowest part of the body between the ribs and the hips
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the full part of your hips
Length
Measure from the highest point of your shoulder

I am a big fan of the original Empire dress and own a number of them, the Avalon is equally as beautiful.

Didn’t think I’d find a dress to replace the empire but I absolutely love the cut on this one , the slightly higher waist placement and apron ties makes this the most flattering cut yet . Make more of these please ! I’m short and pear shaped and the fit was perfect.

I went the size up that I would normally wear in the empire dress at it was similar but it’s a little too big especially around my chest area. I am not sure if sizing down will be too tight but I loved the dress so much that I kept it.
Beautiful dress and fabric. I love the new style, definitely a favourite. Would love a little leg split in this style.
