Bust
Measure under your arms at the fullest part of your bust.Keep the tape level.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose. This is the narrowest part of the body between the ribs and the hips
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the full part of your hips
Length
Measure from the highest point of your shoulder

Wow! What a showstopper!
For anyone on the fence about Carmen, I’ve just unwrapped mine and love her as much as I’d hoped I would.
I am wearing a size 14 and I have 14DD girls who feel supported and secured. I also love the more practical midi length not to mention the gorgeous colours. I also love the heavy cotton material which is more durable than eco vera.
It’s a big call but I think this is my favourite NLB yet!
