Measure under your arms at the fullest part of your bust.Keep the tape level.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose. This is the narrowest part of the body between the ribs and the hips
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the full part of your hips
Length
Measure from the highest point of your shoulder

I tried the 10 and 12 and felt 10 a better fit although more difficult to tie at front if you like that style. Lovely front section that's quite fitted with buttons and border so pretty. Then bottom flares out so this style doesn't really work tucked into pants or skirt. Love the poer elasticated sleeves. Pattern and tone is stunning but I will be keeping the dress onstaed and don't want 2 pieces in same fabric. This is a gorgeous blouse no doubt. 12 is with jeans and 10 with skirt.
